NYCM Insurance is a property and casualty insurance company located in central New York was founded in 1899 by VanNess DeMar Robinson, and continues to provide the outstanding service and security it was built on over 100 years ago.

Apple & Android NYCM users now have full policy management at their fingertips. They can schedule and make payments, receive payment reminders, digitally report claims, view claims history, store ID cards, and much more with the refactored NYCM Insurance mobile app.

Project Overview

NYCM Insurance’s mobile app has been entirely refactored and modernized to deliver an intuitive and feature-rich experience for both iOS and Android users. The revamped app allows users to seamlessly manage their policies with ease, enabling them to schedule and make payments, receive timely payment reminders, digitally report claims, and view claims history. Additionally, users can securely store and access ID cards within the app, ensuring their information is always at their fingertips. The modernization process focused on user convenience, addressing the limitations of the previous app to create a highly functional, native solution for both iOS and Android.
