Seisan developed a completely refactored and modernized desktop application to handle Job Scheduling, Vendor Portal interactions, and a Home Warranty Management Platform.
Berks Homes, a regional leader in land development, residential home construction, and post-build home warranty services, sought to modernize and unify their operational systems. Their teams—from construction scheduling to vendor coordination to home warranty management—were dependent on an off-the- shelf platform that no longer aligned with their workflows or business processes.
